CLEBURNE, Texas -- The Cleburne Railroaders jointly announced with the Winnipeg Goldeyes and Gary SouthShore RailCats a pair of roster moves that sent INF Mitch Glasser and LHP Onas Farfan to Gary to complete two previous trades.
Glasser and Farfan, who spent the entire 2017 year with Cleburne, were sent to Winnipeg to complete the Apr. 5 trade that brought INF Maikol Gonzalez to the Railroaders.
The Goldeyes then sent Glasser and Farfan to Gary to complete a previous trade involving RHP Charlie Rosario.
Glasser, a 39th round pick by his hometown Chicago White Sox in 2012, slashed .282/.380/.352 in 90 games with Cleburne in 2017 after spending the two previous years in Joplin.
Farfan, a 21st round pick by his hometown Minnesota Twins in 2014, went 3-4 with a 5.83 ERA in 26 appearances this year. The lefty gave up 27 runs on 47 hits with 25 walks and 28 strikeouts over 41.2 innings.
