GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas -- Geraldo Valentin hit a two-run homer and finished with a season-high four hits, and the Railroaders took back-to-back series with a 6-3 win over the Texas AirHogs at AirHogs Stadium on Sunday evening.
Valentin’s two-run homer -- his fourth of the year and third in Grand Prairie -- gave Cleburne a three-run cushion in the seventh after the Railroaders took the lead K.C. Huth’s RBI single in the sixth.
Valentin drove in three runs and the Railroaders finished with 13 hits a night after the last 20 hitters were retired in order.
